The number one way we can be helpful to you and your clients is on a walkthrough of the homes they’re interested in. When your client is concerned about how they may be able to renovate a potential home, we can be there to assist with creative vision. Whether they’re unsure of how they’re going to fit another bathroom into the floorplan, or they can’t figure out how they’ll ever be able to turn a galley kitchen into a chef’s sanctuary, we can be there to toss around ideas, ease nerves, or validate concerns in a home with the potential to be their dream come true.

RENOVATION DESIGN PLANS

When clients are planning to meet with a contractor during the renovation loan process, drawings are the #1 thing you should have to prepare for that meeting. They allow the contractor to fully understand the project, and to have a jumping-off point to prepare a quote. First we get to know the clients, then we create an accurate visual representation of the way they want to live. Since we do our homework up front, multiple revisions aren’t typically needed, which allows them to get your drawings, get their quotes, and move on to the next stage in the loan process.

CONVERSATIONS OVER COFFEE

Education is an essential part of the design process, and many people find planning (or even thinking about) a remodel or renovation to be stressful. If your clients aren’t sure of what the process entails, but think a remodel might be necessary we’re here to chat. Our goal is to make sure your clients are better prepared for the process ahead, and to give you an earlier heads up if they should be going move-in-ready.

Full Service Design

Clients who have purchased a home recently, or those who moved in years ago, frequently turn to their realtor when they consider a remodel, upgrades, and additons. for a recommended contractor, Our full service design package is personal to your clients and their project. We’re with them through the entire design-build process. We begin with a conceptual design, create architectural drawings, work with them on specifications, and oversee the entire construction process. We’re with them every step of the way to be a translator, liaison, and consultant when the construction questions get hard, the budget gets tight, and the decisions seem constant and overwhelming.
